Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH under 3%

On February 02, 2007 , Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH Frankfurt, Deutschland has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG  that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nürnberg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN: 540888, have fallen below the 3% limit of the voting rights on February 01, 2007  and now amount to 2.92% (this corresponds to 866825 voting rights).

According to article 22, section 1, No. 6 WpHG, 2.41% of the voting_rights (this corresponds to 715770 voting rights) is to be attributed to the company  from Spezialfonds.
