UBS AG exceeded 3 %
On September 11, 2007, UBS AG Zürich, Switzerland informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nürnberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN: 540888, have exceeded the 3 % limit of the voting rights on September 6, 2007 and now amount to 3.33 % (this corresponds to 988,906 of a total of 29,700,000 voting rights).
