On September 12, 2007, UBS AG Zürich, Switzerland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nürnberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN: 540888, have fallen below the 3 % limit of the voting rights on September 7, 2007 and now amount to 1.71 % (this corresponds to 507,338 of a total of 29,700,000 voting rights).
