On September 18, 2007, Neuberger Berman LLC New York, USA informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN: 540888, exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on August 6, 2007 and now amount to 3.30% (this corresponds to 981090 of a total of 29700000 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG these voting rights are to be attributed to Neuberger Berman LLC, New York, USA.
