On September 21, 2007, UBS AG Zurich, Switzerland informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN: 540888, exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on September 18, 2007 and now amount to 3.10% (this corresponds to 921062 of a total of 29700000 voting rights).
