On November 7th, 2007 JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc., USA has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nürnberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN:540888, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on November 5th, 2007 and now amount to 3.07% (this corresponds to 911752 of a total of 29700000 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 of the WpHG, all of the voting rights (3.07 % or 911752 voting rights) is to be attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc., USA from JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited, Great Britain, among others.
