On 14 January 2008, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt, Germany informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nürnberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN: 540888, have fallen below the 3% limit of the voting rights on 10 January 2008 and now amount to 2.97% (this corresponds to 882,388 of a total of 29,700,000 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.97% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 882,388 of a total of 29,700,000 voting rights) is to be attributed to the company from Special Funds managed by Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt.
