On 15 January 2008, JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc., New York, USA informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN: 540888, have fallen below the 3% limit of the voting rights on 9 January 2008 and now amount to 2.97% (this corresponds to 881,570 of a total of 29,700,000 voting rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG in conjunction with Sentence 2 WpHG, all voting rights are to be attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc., New York, USA.
