On 28 January 2008, JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited London, UK informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN:540888, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on 23 January 2008 and now amount to 3.99% (this corresponds to 1,184,141 of a total of 29,700,000 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, all of the voting rights (3.99%, this corresponds to 1,184,141 voting rights) is to be attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited London, UK.
