Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH exceeded 3 %
On 22 April 2008, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt, Germany informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN: 540888, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on 17 April 2008 and now amount to 3.003% (this corresponds to 891,900 of a total of 29,700,000 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.003% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 891,900 of a total of 29,700,000 voting rights) is to be attributed to the company from Special Funds managed by Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt.
