On 29 October, 2008 Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt, Germany informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN: 540888, have fallen below the 3 % limit of the voting rights on 27 October, 2008 and amount as per this date to 2.92 % (this corresponds to 867,178 of a total of 29,700,000 voting rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.92 % of the total of voting rights (this corresponds to 867,178 of a total of 29,700,000 voting rights) are to be attributed to Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt, Germany.
