On 4 December 2008 Hans Wilms Beteiligungs GmbH, Menden, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nürnberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN: 540888, have exceeded the 3 % limit of the voting rights on 3 December 2008 and that it now holds directly 3.03 % (this corresponds to 900,000 voting rights).
