Bestinver Gestión S.A. SGIIC, Madrid, Spain informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN: 540888, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on 6 May, 2009 and now amount to 3.162% (this corresponds to 939,112 voting rights of a total of 29,700,000 voting rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.793% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 235,499 voting rights) is to be attributed to the company.
