Leoni AG informs according to Article 26, Section 1 Sentence 2 of the WpHG [the German Security Transaction Act] that its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN: 540888, have fallen below the 10 % limit of the voting rights on 2 July, 2009 and now amount to 9.88 % (this corresponds to 2,933,499 voting rights of a total of 29,700,000 voting rights).
