On 4 January, 2011, NÜRNBERGER Lebensversicherung AG, Nuremberg, Germany informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005408884, WKN: 540888, fell below the 3 % threshold of the voting rights on 3 January, 2011 and on that day amounted to 2.96 % (this corresponds to 880,000 voting rights).
