Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt, Germany exceeded 3%, 5% and 10 %

On 6 July, 2011, Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt, Germany informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, exceeded the 3%, 5% and 10% threshold of the voting rights (in total 32,669,000) on 1 July, 2011 and on that day
amounted to 10.27% (this corresponded to 3,355,496 voting rights). This notification according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG is attributed to their capacity as sole bookrunner in the capital increase of LEONI AG which was recorded in the commercial register on 1 July 2011.
