Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt Germany under 10%, 5% and 3%

On 6 July, 2011, Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt, Germany informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, have fallen below the 10%, 5% and 3% threshold of the voting rights (in total 32,669,000) on 5 July, 2011 and now amount to 0.00% (this corresponds to 0 voting rights).
This notification according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG is attributed to their capacity as sole bookrunner in the capital increase of LEONI AG which was recorded in the commercial register on 1 July 2011.
