Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt exceeded 3 %

On 11 October, 2011, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt, Germany informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 Sentence 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on 7 October, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.01% of the total of LEONI AG's voting rights (this corresponds to 982,448 of a total 32,669,000 voting rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.82% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 268,788 of a total of 32,669,000 voting rights) is to be attributed to Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt, Germany.
