Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt exceeded 3 %

On 13 December 2011, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt, Germany informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 Sentence 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on 12 December 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.04% of the total of voting rights (this corresponds to 992,068 of a total of 32,669,000 voting rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.85% of these voting rights (this corresponds to 278,408 of a total of 32,669,000 voting rights) is to be attributed to Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt.

No voting rights according to Article 17, Section 1, No. 7 WpAIV were attained.
