Norges Bank, Oslo, Norway under 3 %

On 30 April 2013, Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, have fallen below the 3 % threshold of the voting rights on 29 April 2013 and on that day amounted to 0.17 % (this corresponds to 56,429 of a total of 32,669,000 voting rights).
