State of Norway under 3 %

On 30 April 2013, the Royal Ministry of Finance, Oslo, Norway informed us in the name and on behalf of the state of Norway according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on Leoni AG, Nuremberg, Germany, have fallen below the 3 % threshold of the voting rights on 29 April 2013 and on that day amounted to 0.17 % (this corresponds to 56,429 of a total of 32,669,000 voting rights).

0.17 % of the voting rights (this corresponds to 56,429 of a total of 32,669,000 voting rights) are to be attributed to the state of Norway pursuant to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
