Charta for Diversity
LEONI has joined the “Charta for Diversity”. The “Charta for Diversity” is a project intended to create an open-minded working environment free of prejudice and has been initiated by Germany's minister of state Prof. Dr. Maria Böhmer, delegate for migration, refugees and integration.
By means of obligation to the standards of the “Charta for Diversity” an open-minded corporate culture is established, based on involvement and mutual respect. The purpose is to identify various talents within the workforce and exert them in a targeted way.
Thus LEONI wants to contribute, jointly with the others signees, to create within society a climate of acceptance and mutual trust and to increase valuation of implemented diversity.
