LEONI introduced, as many other companies before, a “LEONI Code of Ethics” (LCoE) in 2007. LEONI is demanding full personal observance of the LCoE by all employees of LEONI. In all sincerity that code of behaviour describes the values and requirements for a responsible and upright professional behaviour. These values and requirements are LEONI’s guiding principles ever since: It is the crucial point that LEONI’s employees have to act in compliance with the internal regulations and according to the respective legal requirements. There are strict rules especially concerning the treatment of information, sideline jobs and gifts. Any discrimination is forbidden.
