LEONI AG, Nuremberg, plans to pay a higher dividend because of the very positive results of fiscal 2001. During a meeting on 15 March 2002, the LEONI AG Supervisory Board approved of the Board’s proposition to increase the dividend to 1.08 Euro per share (0.87 Euro so far) almost analogue to the increase of the profit for the financial year.
