LEONI has expanded its position vis-à-vis its new customer BMW by securing a further order for the new 3 Series, for which we will supply customized cable harnesses on a just-in-sequence basis. LEONI Bordnetz-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG, which is based in Kitzingen, will manufacture for and supply BMW AG’s Munich plant throughout the model’s lifecycle. LEONI already received an order to supply some of the vehicle’s wiring one year ago. The BMW project will, across the whole lifecycle, contribute a total of about half a billion euros to consolidated revenues.
