Committed to success, across the globe.

A willingness to change and adapt is of the utmost importance at LEONI. Our ability to not only embrace market changes, but to leverage them as impetus for innovation, has certainly paid off in the rapid growth the organization has experienced. Our management board has always been clear that the keys to corporate success – innovative power, flexibility, customer-focus and high-quality service – are inextricably linked to its people. LEONI knows the value of its employees. As well as offering attractive salaries and social benefits, LEONI uses effective HR management to create the best possible framework for its employees to develop both professionally and personally.

The globalization of LEONI means our employees are constantly confronted with new challenges. That is why qualities such as mobility, flexibility, an international outlook and a willingness to change are particularly sought-after. English is established as our language of business, and international work – whether a trip for a few days, or a posting for a few years – are a common component of a career at LEONI. Our induction, training and loyalty programmes ensure that employees at all levels of the company are prepared for these diverse, exciting challenges, and we fully understand that the right skills are the foundation for success.

In addition to this, if success is to flourish, the right working environment is essential. As such, LEONI has implemented four comprehensive regulations that are mandatory for all employees.

The code of conduct ensures a stable working environment to the benefit of everyone. It is based on fair competition and strict compliance with law.

The social charter shows LEONI’s commitment to employee and human rights, and to social responsibility.

The diversity charter is an initiative to create a prejudice-free working environment. It highlights LEONI’s efforts in establishing an open corporate culture shaped by mutual respect.

By participating in the UN Global Compact, LEONI has undertaken to integrate the policy’s 10 fundamental principles in the areas of human rights, labour rights, the environment, and the fight against corruption, into its corporate strategy and day-to-day business activities. Organizations taking part in the initiative must submit an annual report documenting its efforts and progress in the individual areas.
