Your own personal advancement is just as important. You are responsible for developing your know-how and skills – we will support you in doing so:
individually, in a targeted way and consistently as part of our general human resource development.  This means that you will, at regular intervals and together with your manager, determine your personal needs in terms of further training.

In addition, we pay particular attention to our prospective managers in the context of our management development, a key element of our corporate policy. Our first preference is to fill management positions from within our own ranks – this is why we keep a sharp lookout for candidates showing the potential for such roles. And we do so not just across business segments but also across countries.
