The selection process.

Direct entry.

In the initial pre-selection stage, our HR experts check whether the qualifications and skills listed in each application match the description of the advertised post or, in the case of open applications, one or more job descriptions.

After this initial review, the application is forwarded to the relevant department. The individuals in charge of recruitment in that department then decide whether to invite the applicant to interview. Where applicable, they will also check whether the candidate is suitable for a different role. Usually, a candidate with a solid application will be invited to two interviews. Each interview is attended by one or more members from the relevant department, plus an HR representative. Once the two interviews are complete, a decision is made on whether to recruit the candidate.

For trainees, apprentices and interns, the recruitment process is as follows:

Trainees.

After checking their applications, the HR department conducts phone interviews with trainee candidates. If they show themselves to be motivated and have the right skills and knowledge, they will receive an invitation to an assessment centre, where they will meet management and HR staff.

Interns.

Internship applications are also subject to an initial assessment by the HR department. If candidates have the right educational background, an interest in the relevant field, and plenty of motivation, they are invited to take part in a telephone interview. If they make a good impression, they are then invited to a face-to-face interview.

Thesis.

We also offer some students the opportunity to write their thesis at our company. Here too, if candidates have the right educational background, an interest in the relevant field and plenty of motivated, they are invited to take part in a telephone interview. If they make a good impression, they are then invited to a face-to-face interview. Should they be successful, the exact contents of the thesis are then defined in agreement with the relevant division/department.
