Markus Rau studied electrical engineering at the Friedrich–Alexander University Erlangen–Nürnberg with a focus on electric drive systems and power provision. Today, he works at LEONI, where he first developed innovative products for wiring system applications within R&D. As a system developer, he is currently working on designs for highly available energy supply systems in the field of automated driving.
