Technical product designer in product packaging and construction
As a technical product designer in product packaging and construction you will work with our designers when it comes to developing or improving our products for a variety of cars and commercial vehicles in the automotive industry. You will draw up 3D models, you will plan production steps and the cost of materials and will be closely involved in the design of our products right from the start.
The training takes three and a half years. The theory is taught at the vocational college in Würzburg and Lichtenfels, the practical phase at the LEONI site in Kitzingen.
Future fields of work: developers in a variety of areas (circuit diagram etc.)
What you will bring to this role:

Pronounced technical understanding and enjoyment of math and physics

Affinity with IT, spatial awareness and creativity and enthusiasm for the technical planning of products

You enjoy multifaceted exchange of ideas with other people

Analytical thinking, flexibility in finding solutions to problems and quick to grasp new ideas

Good command of English

“Mittlere Reife” (roughly equivalent to GCSE in the UK or a junior high school diploma), a vocational college diploma or a high school diploma
