FLOW is a transformation program based on SAP S/4HANA technology that advances the further digitalization of LEONI by replacing the existing outdated ERP landscape of WSD. This program includes the harmonization and standardization of business processes and ultimately optimizes corporate management thanks to the latest information technologies.
With this internal, IT-related FLOW program - Future LEONI Operating World - LEONI is shaping the harmonization of all master data as well as the standardization and implementation of operational processes in the future-proof SAP S/4HANA system.
The introduction of this modern ERP system, the upstream SAP Master Data Governance System and the standardized system architecture enable continuous, integrated work and process steps on the one hand, and on the other hand they ensure the necessary transparency and speed in favor of reliable and flexible corporate management.
With cross-functional, internationally networked teams, we use agile project management to iteratively deliver functionalities for end-to-end processes and successively prepare their introduction at LEONI locations worldwide. Accompanied by motivating change management, the FLOW Learning Journey has been in full swing ever since.
